Cranberry Brie Pull Apart Bread

This irresistible pull-apart bread, packed with dried cranberries and creamy Brie cheese, is the perfect holiday appetizer or party snack everyone will love.

Ingredients

Yields 8 servings
  • 1 ( (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds)round or oval sourdough loaf or crusty Italian bread, unsliced
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese, cut lengthwise in 1-inch strips, then thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

Step 1 : Gather all ingredients. 

Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut bread with a serrated knife from the top nearly to the bottom in diagonal 1-inch diamonds (do not cut through).

Step 3: Combine melted butter, honey, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. 

Step 4: Gently pull bread open at cuts and evenly drizzle with half of the butter mixture.

Step 5: Stuff Brie and cranberries into the cuts as you go.

Step 6: Place loaf on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.

Step 7: Bake until the Brie is melted and the bread is toasty, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately.



Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls

These eggnog cinnamon rolls are a festive twist on a classic favorite, featuring a subtle eggnog flavor, a hint of nutmeg, and warm holiday spices. 

Perfect for breakfast or brunch during the holiday season, they deliver the comforting sweetness of traditional cinnamon rolls with an added depth of seasonal flavor.

Topped with creamy, slightly tangy frosting, they’re the ultimate holiday treat!

Ingredients

12 eggnog cinnamon rolls
Doug:
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package quick-rising yeast (such as Fleischmann's RapidRise®)
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour, divided, or more as needed
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • cooking spray

Filling:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg, or to taste

Glaze:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons eggnog
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1: Gather all ingredients.

Step 2: Combine sugar, yeast, salt, and 4 cups of the flour in the work bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on low speed until just combined, about 15 seconds. With mixer running on low speed, add eggnog, sour cream, butter, and egg.

Continue beating until dough forms, 1 to 2 minutes. Switch to a dough hook attachment. Beat on medium-low speed until dough is smooth and elastic, 6 to 9 minutes; gradually add remaining 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon at a time, if necessary.

Step 3: Place dough in a large bowl greased with cooking spray and turn to coat. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm draft-free place until dough has doubled in size, 2 to 3 hours.

Step 4: Spray a 13- x 9-inch pan with cooking spray. Lightly punch down dough. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into an 18- x 10-inch rectangle.

Step 5: For the filling spread 1/2 cup of butter over the dough. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over butter.

Step 6: Starting with one long side, roll dough into a log; pinch seam to seal.

Step 7: Slice into 12 rolls.

Step 8: Place rolls in the prepared pan. Cover, and let rise in a warm draft-free place until doubled in size, 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Step 9: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 10: Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes.

Step 11: Add cream cheese and 4 tablespoons butter to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment; beat on medium speed until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar, eggnog, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

Step 12: Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Serve with freshly grated nutmeg sprinkled on top and any extra glaze, if desired.

Million Dollar Holiday Party Sliders


Elevate your holiday appetizers with these festive turkey, Brie, and cranberry sliders—a crowd-pleasing twist on a classic favourite.

Featuring tender turkey, creamy Brie cheese, and a sweet-tart cranberry sauce, these sliders burst with holiday flavours in every bite.

Perfect for holiday gatherings, potlucks, or game day feasts, they’re easy to make and guaranteed to impress your guests.

Ingredients

Yields 12 sliders
  • 12 ounces frozen sweet potato fries
  • 12 small soft rolls
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 pound shredded turkey meat (or sliced deli turkey)
  • 7 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Gather all ingredients.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 3: Spread out sweet potato fries in a 9x13-inch dish. Bake in the preheated oven according to package directions until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes. Tip sweet potato fries out onto a plate and set aside.

Step 4: Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 5: Keeping the rolls together, slice them in half horizontally with a bread knife. Place base of the rolls into the same 9x13-inch dish you were using earlier. Mix mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl and spread mizture over the cut surface

Step 6: Spread shredded (or sliced) turkey on top of the mayonnaise, then top with crispy sweet potato fries. Lay Brie slices evenly on top. Dot all over with spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.

Step 7: Place the tops of the rolls back on. Pour melted butter on top and evenly brush all over using a pastry brush.

Step 8: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 9: Bake sliders in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until Brie is melty and Parmesan is golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
