USING A TEAM VS. USING A SOLO AGENT

What is the difference between a solo agent and a team in the world of real estate?

Solo Agent: A solo agent works directly with a buyer or seller from start to finish, taking on full responsibility for all aspects of the transaction.

Listing Agent: A solo listing agent should be present at an initial consultation, review of the comparative market analysis, photoshoot, and throughout the entire process of selling your home.

Buyer's Agent: A solo buyer's agent will be responsible for scheduling private tours of potential homes, preparing and explaining the purchase offer, attending inspections, and making sure the home-buying process stays on schedule.

Real Estate Teams: A team of agents and administrative staff with varying skill sets and coming from professional backgrounds. It is not uncommon to see teams consisting of listing agents, buyer agents, listing coordinators, administrative assistants, and marketing directors. What you can expect will depend on how the team is run and it is critical that you understand how that team works with clients before hiring them.

Advantages of Using The Radcliffe Team

THE BENEFITS OF OUR TEAM

The agents on Team Radcliffe have all worked as solo agents prior to joining our ranks.

We have an intimate understanding of the workload and the time commitment that comes with being a full-time, no team-support available, agent.  It is why we wholeheartedly agree that being part of a team would not only be advantageous for us as agents, but for our clients as well.  Working with our team is comparable to having the benefits of 4 agents in one.

This means you can expect continuous communication and the combined efforts of all 6 of our agents, working together to sell your home. The advantages of working with our team far outweigh those of an independent agent on any given day of the week, without compromising the relationship that you have worked hard to establish and build with the team member of your choosing.

When it comes to high-expense situations, experience counts.

The Radcliffe Real Estate Team has 80+ combined years of negotiating experience at your disposal. We have an impressive group of agents working together, each using their specialized skills, network, and industry knowledge to provide the best service to our clients.

Before becoming licensed real estate agents, our REALOTRS® come from various professional backgrounds such as litigation, home renovation, and land development, giving our team a slight advantage over using a single agent. Our team also includes a full-time office manager as well as an in-house marketing and design team to support our agents and our clients whenever needed.

Together, we have overseen over 2,000 real estate transactions. We know how to sell your home for top dollar, how to buy the best home within your budget and navigate the new build process with ease. Real estate transactions, for the most part, successfully close without a hitch, however; sometimes that isn’t always the case.
Issues don’t happen often, but when they do they are always unexpected. The advantage of working with us is that you would have a team you can trust to solve these problems as they come up, rather than being left to sort it out on your own. Our agents are ready to handle any hiccups with a steady hand and the support of our entire team.

There are many behind-the-scenes tasks that real estate agents perform that are necessary for a transaction to be completed, like the research involved to help clients, paperwork and preparing contracts, as well as scheduling showings and open houses for your home. An experienced REALTOR® will handle these with ease, taking that burden off you.

Scheduling conflicts happen quite frequently, this is especially true if you are also looking to buy a new home while in the process of selling your current one.
With the Radcliffe Team, you'll always have an agent available to represent you, even if you need to be in three places at once.

Choosing an agent to work within your market can be overwhelming. With a plethora of agents in your area, it is important that you interview as many as you need to until you find the one (or the team) that you have full confidence in to market your listing, represent your best interest, and ultimately get your home sold for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.

At the Radcliffe Team, our goal is to make the process of buying and/or selling as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, with your interests and objectives as our #1 priority.
